Reconstitute 1mg in 1mL bac water. Each 0.1mL = 100mcg. Daily dosing needed due to short half-life. Inject at consistent time.
Continue daily administration. Myostatin suppression requires sustained follistatin levels. Combine with resistance training for maximum effect.
Gradual reduction allows natural myostatin signaling to resume. Abrupt cessation is also acceptable.
Reconstitute 1mg vial with 1mL bacteriostatic water for 1mg/mL concentration (100mcg per 0.1mL). Swirl gently. Solution should be clear.
4 weeks on, 4-8 weeks off. Extended use beyond 4 weeks has not been well-studied. The short cycle minimizes potential effects on other TGF-β pathways.
Lyophilized: -20°C long-term, 2-8°C short-term. Reconstituted: 2-8°C, use within 14 days. Follistatin is more fragile than many peptides — handle carefully.
