If independent HPLC analysis of your received product shows purity below 99%, we will replace the order or issue a full refund at your choice. No questions asked. See our Purity Guarantee page for full details.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Products must be in their original, sealed, and unopened condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged (broken vials, compromised seals), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the affected items at no cost.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return shipment and send the correct items.
  • Purity Disputes: If third-party testing reveals purity below our guaranteed threshold, we will replace or refund the product regardless of whether the vial has been opened.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email info@mipeptidos.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.

Ship the Return

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to the address provided.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Total estimated timeline: 5–10 business days from return receipt. Timing may vary by financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or reconstituted vials (unless covered by the purity guarantee)
  • Products returned without a valid RMA number
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that show signs of mishandling, contamination, or improper storage by the customer
