Thymalin/Thymulin
CAS: 63958-90-7
Thymalin/Thymulin is a research peptide in the healing / recovery category. Thymalin (thymulin) is a nonapeptide produced by thymic epithelial cells that requires zinc binding for biological activity. MiPeptidos offers Thymalin/Thymulin in 1 sizes with 99.8% verified purity and full analytical documentation.
How Thymalin/Thymulin Works
Thymalin (thymulin) is a nonapeptide produced by thymic epithelial cells that requires zinc binding for biological activity. The zinc-thymulin complex induces T-cell differentiation markers, modulates the release of thymic hormones, stimulates T-helper and T-suppressor cell activity, and enhances NK cell cytotoxicity. It acts through modulation of multiple cytokines and interleukins including IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-alpha, playing a critical role in immune system homeostasis and thymic function.
