Reconstitute 10mg vial in 2mL bac water. Each 0.5mL dose delivers 2.5mg of each peptide. Inject close to the injury when possible.
Reduce frequency as healing consolidates. Continue near injury site or rotate abdomen/deltoid.
For severe or chronic injuries, extend at half dose. Assess progress and discontinue when functional recovery is achieved.
Add 2mL bacteriostatic water to the 10mg (5mg+5mg) vial. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Each 0.5mL delivers 2.5mg BPC-157 + 2.5mg TB500.
Standard protocol is 8 weeks. For chronic conditions, cycle 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off. Multiple cycles are well-tolerated with no reported diminishing returns.
Lyophilized: store at -20°C long-term or 2-8°C short-term. Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2-8°C, use within 21 days. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
