What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Orders of 10+ vials of the same product receive automatic volume discounts. For 50+ vials or institutional orders, contact us for custom wholesale pricing.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Enter your discount code on the checkout page in the Discount Code section. Codes are applied to your subtotal before shipping.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never see or store your card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Do you charge sales tax?

Research peptides are not subject to sales tax in most jurisdictions. If applicable, tax will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. We use USPS Priority, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight depending on the shipping tier selected.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All domestic orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited and overnight options are available at additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer Standard International (5–10 business days, $29.95) and Express International (3–5 business days, $49.95). International customers are responsible for customs duties and import fees.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with cold-chain insulation (insulated containers + gel ice packs) to maintain product integrity. No product descriptions are visible on the exterior.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your shipment is picked up by the carrier. You can monitor your package in real time through the carrier's website.

What purity are your peptides?

All peptides are guaranteed at ≥99% purity via HPLC analysis. Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with full chromatography and mass spectrometry data.

Are your peptides third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing for purity, identity (mass spec), endotoxin levels (LAL), and sterility where applicable.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is a document that reports the results of analytical testing for a specific batch. It includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry results, batch number, test date, and analyst credentials. Every order includes a COA.

Can I verify my batch online?

Yes. Enter your batch number on our Purity Guarantee page to view real-time COA data including purity percentage, test date, and expiry information.

How should I store my peptides?

Store lyophilized (powder) peptides at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C for short-term use. Prepared solutions should follow supplier COA stability guidance—typically refrigerated (2–8°C) within documented laboratory stability windows.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost. If third-party testing shows purity below 99%, we replace or refund regardless of whether the vial was opened.

What does the 99%+ Purity Guarantee cover?

If HPLC analysis of your received product shows purity below 99%, we will replace the order at no cost or issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How do I initiate a return?

Email info@mipeptidos.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Total timeline from return receipt to funds appearing: 5–10 business days.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. Create a free account to earn 10 points per $1 spent, plus 500 bonus points on signup. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

How do points work?

You earn 10 points for every $1 spent. 100 points = $1 in rewards. Higher loyalty tiers (Elite, VIP) earn at increased rates. Points never expire.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you earn rewards points, track orders, save addresses, and access order history.
