Start at 20 mcg and assess glucose response. Monitor blood sugar closely — IGF-1 has insulin-like hypoglycemic effects. Rotate injection sites.
For targeted muscle growth. Inject subcutaneously bilaterally for symmetry. Provides both systemic and local IGF-1R activation.
Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water to 1 mg vial = 1,000 mcg/mL. 20 mcg = 2 units on insulin syringe; 40 mcg = 4 units. Use bacteriostatic water only (0.9% benzyl alcohol).
CRITICAL: Short cycles only — 4 weeks maximum, 4–6 weeks off. IGF-1 LR3 is potent and proliferative. Never run extended cycles. Some practitioners use 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
Lyophilized: -20°C. Reconstituted: 2–8°C, use within 21 days. IGF-1 LR3 is less stable than many peptides — handle carefully, never shake.
Subcutaneous injection. Administer with a meal or have glucose available — IGF-1 LR3 can cause hypoglycemia. Avoid fasted administration. Rotate injection sites.
