Time doses 20–30 min before meals. Bedtime dose on empty stomach for maximum GH pulse. Combine with CJC-1295 for synergistic effect.
Reduce to single bedtime dose before cycling off. Appetite returns to normal within 2–3 days of stopping. Plan 4-week washout.
Add 2.5 mL bacteriostatic water to 5 mg vial = 2,000 mcg/mL. 100 mcg = 5 units on insulin syringe; 200 mcg = 10 units.
Standard: 6–8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Similar to GHRP-2 cycling due to cortisol effects. Some practitioners alternate with ipamorelin cycles.
